Refund Policy

We value our customers’ satisfaction, and that’s why we offer a refund policy that ensures the return of the paid amount, reinforcing our commitment to you. In case of a return, provided that the conditions outlined in our Exchange and Return Policy are met, the customer will be refunded only the value of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in perfect condition with no signs of use.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and tags.

If the product does not meet these conditions, the refund will not be processed.

Refund Methods

Credit or Debit Card
The refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase and may take up to 15 business days to be processed. Depending on the card provider, it may appear on the statement within up to two billing cycles.
A refund receipt will be sent via email.

Bank Transfer (PIX)
For payments made via bank transfer or PIX, the amount will be refunded directly to the buyer’s bank account.
For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the account belonging to the original purchaser. Third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Important Notice

The return must comply with the Consumer Defense Code and other local regulations, ensuring the customer’s rights.
